VISITING DOGS AT THE KINGS CO. MUNICIPAL POUND

From Kentville (Exit 13 on Highway 101), follow Highway 359 North towards Halls Harbour. When you get to the top of the mountain, take the second road on the right, called Gospel Road. Follow Gospel Road (about 5 km) until you reach Long Beach Road on your left (a gravel road). Follow Long Beach Road until you arrive at the shore, where the road takes a 90 degree turn. Here, look on the left-hand side and you will see our sign, "Animal Control Dog Pound". Turn left into the driveway beside the sign. Drive in and veer to the left, come up the hill and you will have arrived at the Pound.
